Anyone have a place on Texoma at Rock Creek resort?

It looks like a nice place to have a weekend spot, but the number of vacant lots leads me to believe it has not caught on?

Any insight?

Rock Creek is definitely building up slowly. You can buy lots and there is no limit on when you must build on them. But once you buy a lot, you can use all of the amenities there. They have the golf course, resort villas to stay in, dining, a gym, and lots of things to offer on the lake.
They do have an approved list of builders though, so you'd have to use one of the ones from the list.
The HOA there is pretty pricey, but it does include access to all of the amenities.
You'll definitely want to speak with a realtor about building there so the home builders don't take advantage of you. They tend to mark up the prices to make values seem higher.
