Is that like $700/mo for the private and $600 for the shared? I saw that Lechner Hall is about $800/mo now, so I'm trying to compare to good on campus housing.

Lechner is no longer considered "good" on campus housing. I mean its still nicer than FHK and walton, but with the new dorm and renovated commons, its far from the best.

I 'think' but don't know for sure that Lechner (and McFadden) is supposed to be renovated. Our oldest lived there recently and really enjoyed it because of the learning community. It isn't new, but it was very convenient.
