I have a 1,350 sf high end town home in Summit Crossing that is available for lease in August.

Two story, attached 2 car garage, utility room, covered patio with small yard, balcony off the master bedroom, walking closet, granite countertops, wood floors, subdivision pool, landscape and water paid by hoa, w/d included along with fridge.

Rent is $1,450 but will lower it for long term lease.
