Are there any Houston area real estate wholesalers on this board or could any of you point me in the right direction?

I am actively pursuing homes for both rentals and flips and would like to start building working relationships with other people in this environment.

Based on the Facebook groups and wholesaler lists, I'd assume we have met before or would at least recognize each other. What do you do in terms of investing?

Spent 5 years at NetWorth Realty and now live/work in Aggieland. Have a real estate brokerage, HomeVestors franchise and do private lending.

Yourself?

Investor/private lender myself. Been working with a partner to put together a hard money platform that we are in the middle of launching.

BiggerPockets.com is a good resource. An Aggie and TexAgs poster was on one of their podcast episodes - it's pretty good you should give it a shot
