Posted this on Liucci's forum, but was encouraged to post here.

I have seen folks reach out for assistance and the community always comes through. I am seeking experienced legal counsel to discuss establishing a family trust or LLC involving ranch land. Wouldn't hurt for it to be a fellow Ag. Anyone have any recommendations for someone in/around BCS? We are in the area. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Teaches Real Estate Law in Mays Finance department and is a practicing attorney. If he isn't the right guy, he'll tell you who to contact.

Steve Haley is an Aggie, but I would probably contact Hal Moorman.

I had him last Spring. He's retiring from teaching after this year. What program were you?
