To me, it looks like the photographer hasn't ever taken real estate pictures before, but the pictures they took, look good for what they are. I would not have used some of those (based on angles or what they show), but the pictures themselves look good.

I blue starrred your post and used blinders for my emoti for this post. Not making excuses, but here was my steam of conscious as I scrolled through pics:

  • Pic 1: Small House/lot; Detached garage; pier and beam foundation; older vintage
  • Pic 4: Well that's a weird angle
  • Pic 5: Yep, that's wood
  • Pics 6-7: Why are you taking pictures of the street?
  • Pic 12: Decent back yard space
  • Pic 14-15: This house is really dated; going to need some work; flipper will likely be buyer
  • Pic 16-18: Gunna need a whole new kitchen. This is probably an estate sale or somebody is going to an old folks home.
  • The rest: Going to need all new sheetrock, flooring, and great, it evan has acoustic ceiling tiles

of course the garage is empty, all 40 roommates had to take the clown car to leave so they could take the pictures.

Nothing makes me more content with a home purchase than finding boxes of clowns in a crawlspace.

Because that makes me really look forward to digging a garden in my new backyard.
