Anyone have any knowledge or experience with the casitas at Traditions (purchasing, not renting)?
We're wanting a property to use as a place to stay for games, as well as some place to spend an extended time away from the house if we just want to get away.

I'm quite certain that my uses for the property aren't practical, but having a place in B/CS is something my wife and I have always intended to do.

I have not sold one of these but I like them. I'm currently working on a new build with that builder and it has been a pleasant experience.

The HOA fee is monthly and close to $300, I believe, so I wouldn't set myself on one without exploring other areas of the neighborhood.
