All,

the wife and I are (for certain) moving to College Station next summer (both kids are at A&M!), and we are looking for a realtor reference.

I know a lot of realtors provide great info here, and will contact us, but I am looking for some first had references from recent home buyers in B/CS.

We are buying, and looking somewhere between $250-400k. We prefer non-standard/custom houses, not so much new construction in "cookie cutter" subdivisions.

I have submitted a request for reference to the board sponsor, but some first hand experience (good and bad) would be appreciated.

If you had a great experience with a realtor, would love to hear about it by PM.

That was my wife. I completely echo her comments. Sam was fantastic. For what it's worth, I'm incredibly picky and OCD. I've become pretty high maintenance as I've aged. She didn't fire me.

I couldn't recommend her more.

Good Aggie, better realtor, best guy for the job. Will make it simple and easy and he wont be happy until you are happy. Have used 2-3 other realtors in the past that came highly recommended, he was the best. He's with BCR Realty. Must have looked at 10-15 houses and was leaning towards one then he found us a better deal and one that was exactly what we were looking for.
