How long do you want to ignore this user?
Myself and two others will be renting a 3/3 townhome in College Station this fall and we can't seem to find any accurate estimation of our utility bill. We won't be paying sanitation but we will pay for water and electric as well as cable/internet.

Can anyone give us some estimate of what our bill could be in the summer and winter?

Thanks!

Call CSU and ask for the high and low from the last year.

SoTheySay's advice of calling CSU is probably the best estimate you'll get. However, you need to know that your utilities will vary based on usage. If you run your AC at 65, you are going to pay for it. If your coil is dirty, it will cause the unit to overwork and cost you more. (If it is dirty, ask your LL to pay for it to be cleaned). In other words, your mileage may vary.
