I recently got a job offer in another city and need to sublet my apartment. It's a 1Br/1Ba unit at The Arbors at Wolf Pen Creek. It's available in mid-August and the timing is somewhat flexible. The rent is $769/mo and I will cover the rent for the rest of August and all of September and October. This will make the rent balance out to about $615/mo for ten months. The lease term ends in June 2012.
