3rd showing - no feedback on any of them?

How long do you want to ignore this user?
Our realtor says he has left messages with the other agent with no response. This is the 2nd time this has happened in the last 3 weeks.

Is there anything we can do? Call other realtor ourselves?

3rd showing to the same buyer? Or just 3rd showing total?

Unfortunately, it seems pretty common for agents not to leave feedback.... I've had 22 showings with only half leaving feedback. Frustrating, but neither you nor your agent can force other agents to give you feedback. My opinion now is I don't care what their feedback is unless they are going to buy the house.

I've also had people show up early, show up late, or not show up at all. It's all why selling a house sucks!

3rd showing to same buyer

I don't like when we receive no feedback, but after a 1st showing its going to happen. I believe it's almost an unwritten rule that 2nd (and more) showings should have some feedback.

That sucks. How about this... I had my house on the market 6 months. One realtor who represents a builder would show our house several times to the same buyer... Come to find out she was just giving them ideas on how to build their home.

Selling a home sucks

They obviously like it if they're on showing number 3.

This is the attitude to have. I've found that of the feedback we've gotten on our house, 90% of it is just for things completely out of our control so what does it matter?

No feedback on showing 2-3-4.... = buyer doesn't like price

If they have looked twice, and request a third look, and they have left no feedback or have not returned calls from your Realtor ----

Deny third showing until Realtor returns call. That would take care of it. If the clients have any intention of buying it, the Realtor WILL call.

3-4 showings in my experience means the buyers like your house, but still want to see other houses to feel "sure" about offering on your. They usually want to come back to your house after seeing a round of other houses to see how it stacks up to what they just saw.

It is pretty unprofessional on the buyers' agents part not to give any feedback whatsoever. They may feel that giving honest feedback (their clients love the house and want to buy it) would hurt their negotiating position, but they could also use it to their advantage by saying their clients like the house and are keeping it under consideration, but it's not a home run and they want to see other options and how they compare.

I agree with Cody, if it's that big a deal to get feedback, deny any more requests until feedback is given, but if they are going back for the 3rd time, they like your house, just waiting for the warm fuzzies to pull the trigger on an offer.

Not seeing what benefit it gives you to get their feedback. They are probably just down to a couple houses and want to break the tie.

If their inspector comes and says your foundation is sitting on a sinkhole, well that's the feedback you can do something about.
