I thought she has been much more active today.

AC needs to get going this season if we want any chance at finishing half way up the SEC charts. She just hasn't gotten going much this season yet.

I have been impressed with Jada this year even though she has had limited minutes.

Jada is playing so much better than Ware. Ware is 6'5 and standing outside the 3 point line against someone who is 6'0

Jada is much more of a direct offensive option than Ware. Totally different players. Jada has much better hands.

Ware is tall and long but is much more of a junk option on offense with rebounds and putbacks. Throwing it into her down low and lettting her work, results in more turnovers than you'd like. She has great value on the defensive end because of her length and agility. She does things there that Jada can't.

Agree with this. If you need points, go to Jada. Although Jada is no longer a liability on defense either. She hustles and rebounds effectively. Ware would have to show me more to start over Jada (in my mind) right now. Of course, I'm not the coach. Ware puts the ball on the ground too much it seems.

We have the hardest time possessing the ball on the last possession of a quarter. It keeps happening over and over.

This has been a problem for 3 years now. 2 3s drained with fine running out at the end of quarters.

Jada is just dominating them on the offensive end. Inspiring!

Played Sahara at point for much of 4Q. That is an interesting project to start now. But worth a look.

Ok. I'm going to say this. From the outside looking in, this appears to be on the coaches. HOWEVER, at the end of the day, this is ultimately on the players. Do we have athletes that are just dogs in the gym fighting every single day to get better, or do we have athletes that are only doing the bare minimum required by the coaches? Do we have a leader that has emerged that is demanding her team do this? Couldn't tell you. Today I saw leadership in Jada. Obviously she had a great shooting day; offensively and defensively she was a leader in the books. But, more importantly, I saw her communicating to the guards at the top of the key and directing plays. Do we have a guard that is capable of commanding the floor and limiting turnovers? Not yet. What we have seems very inconsistent and not one seems to have earned that spot. Should tell you something about the confidence they have in the guards when Jones is running the point. Kyndall seems to be the most obvious air apparent, but she's still getting her legs after a year and half away from the game. Sole and Erica really struggled today. Cannot have 1 or a 2 that is that inconsistent in the lineup. We need team chemistry in the worst way.

AC has got to step up and demand the ball and become unstoppable again for the team. The success of this team will seemingly run thru her.

She needs media training… the first question was about the turnover ratio from WV to todays game and she said against West Virginia "turnovers didn't hurt us" UHM OKAY… I guess 21 turnovers is when we should be concerned???

at least she was very complimentary of Jada! I still think this offense would be best with Ware and Malone on the floor! Play inside out and get a big to big connection going in the paint! It'll open up outside shots as well!
