Rutgers coach Vivian Stringer decides it is time…

28 NCAA tournaments and four F4 appearances. 1055 wins to 426 losses overall (.714) at Chesney State, Iowa, and Rutgers and over half of those with the last of the three. Congratulations to Coach Stringer for defining herself by coaching and leading young women to excel at basketball!!

I remember how excited I was to see her in person when we played them in New York. I've always been a fan.

Great career and set of accomplishments but leaves the program a hot hot mess…as a follower of that program (as well as A&M) since the mid 80s, it's never been in a more precarious spot…

What a wish list.....Chris Dailey from UCONN bigger schools than Rutgers hav tried... she will leave UCONN when she retires

I don't see Dawn trading Columbia So Carolina for New Brunswich NJ.........that's a bad trade.....also her expertise is SEC and Rutgers is a public University and I don't think they can cough up the money it would take
She makes 2.9 million now

Though Chelsea is a grad from Rutgers.....does she really want to start over where she would be starting from ground up....She is a SEC coach....
