Just called the TMF and they confirmed you can request digital tickets.

You can still get cheap tickets, but they will have to go through sites like this and seller and buyers will have to deal with a lot more interaction. You can sell through StubHub with fees if the seller wants to be out of the loop. Sure liked Flash better, but I am an old.
