BU has gotten away with more. The last held ball in regulation should have been a foul on Brown. The block charge calls haven't been called the same both ways. Even just now, there was a foul on Baylor before the one that sent Vivians to the line.

Morgan William has fought her team through all that.

Miss State knocking out Baylor means that only 2 teams from Texas will have made the FF when it was held in Texas, and neither (tu in 1987, Baylor in 2010) made the finals.

Overall 4 different Texas schools have won it all:
Texas 1986 in Rupp Arena in Lexington KY (between the two years is was in the FEC)
Texas Tech 1993 in the Omni in Atlanta
Baylor 2005 in the RCA Dome in Indianapolis, and 2012 in the Pepsi Center in Denver
Texas A&M 2011 in Conseco in Indianapolis

Not surprisingly, because the finals have only been in Tennessee twice and never in Connecticut, winning a NC in a home state is rare. It's only happened twice, both have been California schools playing the FF in Los Angeles: USC in 1984 and Stanford in 1992.

Anybody have a link to KM's postgame press conference? I am sure they "lost" the game rather than MSU winning it. Her antics are more than I can stand!

The death stare that KM gave her own player after she threw the ball away with 3 seconds left was frightening. Especially when you factor in the fact KM was made up like a zombie that just snuck out of the local funeral parlor.

Wilson has 3 fouls and is on the bench, but S Carolina is up 14 With 4:48 to go in the 3rd. Gamecock guards have stepped up so far.

Weird game. S Carolina did OK with Wilson out. Now Wilson back in and Thomas out for FSU... and the Noles have cut the lead to 6 in the 4th.

S Carolina hangs on. Two SEC teams in the FF for the first time since 2008.

Once again, when the time gets tight, the SC bigs don't get called for blatant fouls when the opposition is driving for layups. Vic was on the losing end of that earlier this year.

Yes they will...!!!

My bracket is ranked 2965 on ESPN. I got 6/8 of the elite 8 and 4/4 in the Final Four. I have Vic over Stanford in the Final. Picking the women's tournament is a lot of fun.
