Long story short, we went with the most cost-effective option (Google Workspace) when we first started the company to get everything up and running. As the business has grown, we're now looking to migrate to the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and also explore ongoing security services to make sure we're properly protected moving forward.

We currently have 14 employees, with about 7 who truly use their laptops for more than just email and basic web browsing.
