The deals I find and do on my own- real estate properties.

Recent best- opportunity to throw in on a 900+ acre land deal off 288 adjacent to about to announced MPC land. 2.76x multiple in 35 months. But that was a unicorn.

Recent worst - invested $25k in Senior Housing development fund (AL/IL/MC) in 2015. Thought we'd lost it all. We got lucky to be in Fund III that miraculously sold this year and 1.73x. Awful awful investment but felt like free money when we needed it this year.

I'm so beat down. I hate this market. F trump.

After I came to the US, I worked for this electronic payment group. That was pretty rocky and I went in and out of that one. Took that experience and helped grow a car company, was pretty small at first but now you probably see some of those on the streets. Now I'm mostly into AI *****

VC's. If it's outside the structure of a fund, setting aside real estate, the deals I've participated in that fall into the venture capital bucket are done through SPVs. Basically, it's a 'fund' if it only invested in one company.
