For those in the wealth management industry who have recently added a next-generation advisor to your practice, where are you finding quality candidates?

We're looking for someone early in their career with client-facing experience and growth potential. Given how rarely we add advisors to our team, I'd be interested to hear how other advisors are finding good people.
