I could use a little help in my small business.
Any recommendations, or companies to consider?

Retired CFO here. Did fractional CFO for a couple of years to mentally transition to full time retirement.

To get better responses, it would help to know your industry, business size and your general expectations for the roll. That job title covers everything from a glorified bookkeeper to a full blown strategic business partner.

This is my line of work - I may or may not be a fit - I typically work with businesses around 10-100 employees and $2 to $30 million in revenue. I know the fractional accounting/CFO space pretty well in Austin and can recommend someone if its not me.

I do have experience with inventory, cost accounting and manufacturing. My background is a controller, but I do a lot of cash flow planning and forecasting now. I also do a lot of clean up work.

One thing to consider is if you need a true CFO or a controller.

I'll PM and you can reach back out if you think its a good fit.

Do you have an email I can contact you at? I have 25+ years in manufacturing (globally) and currently supporting four entities on a fractional basis.
