PIU K1 1065 form Anyone know exactly what it means?

Nobody can seem to tell me exactly what the numbers mean.

Yea, I can put it in a tax form and it figures it out. But whats left? 1 year looks like sell to cover, next year makes no sense.

Profit Interest Unit. It's a share of stock, which is actually a % of profits or loss.

A PIU K-1 is a Schedule K-1 form that reports the share of a profits interest unit (PIU) holder's income, deductions, and credits in a partnership. PIU holders are treated as partners for tax purposes and receive a K-1 form instead of a W-2.
