Sounds like a good way to lose money. American consumers want convenience and speed. Less people cook now than did 20 yrs ago. Invest in restaurants and/or delivery services would be better. Or just skip it altogether, it's a slim margin space.
Do you invest to make yourself feel good or do you invest to make money?
I imagine it's a play on RFK Jr. and the new admin and the current trends in social media.
If government $$ and contracts start getting handed out to some companies to get this type of food in front of consumers, in schools, etc., it might not be a bad idea.

Most of the "clean" stuff is all marketing. It's hilarious how many of these smaller brands are marketing themselves that way while procuring most of their product from copackers using the same ingredients, processes, etc. as they do for everyone else. And from a food safety perspective, these small to midsize manufacturing shops have far more issues than big corporate.
