2nd duplex both tenants have been there multiple years so we haven't had a chance to paint and do carpet.

1 duplex will likely need a new roof in next few years but has been patched recently after this last storm

Listing higher than this but would like to sell both together for $675,000

We have had 1 unit for 7 years, it has never been vacant more than a month

We have had the 2nd unit for 4 years or so and it has also never been vacant for more than a month. Both units are on the same street and are in Cy Fair school district. All units are currently filled and paying rent on time.
