We want to ditch Quickbooks, they are discontinuing desktop and going to all cloud based and do not offer a "contractor" version anymore. Do you have any contractor software you recommend? We need payroll, AIA billing etc, online would be better that local for us. Company is less than 100 employees.

I am an industrial electrical contractor, and we use Sage 100

Sage 100 Contractor | Construction Project Management | Sage US

We don't do AIA billing, but I am sure it is capable of that

We have about 200 EEs

We have it hosted in the cloud on a virtual server/desktop

I can hook with our software vendor and cloud host if you would like

If you use QB Online you have the ability to tie in some third party software that integrates well. In your case I'd look at Housecall Pro which is built for contractors. It would run your operation and QB Online would run the rest.
