A buddy of mine is being solicited for $25-$75k to be an Amazon store front. With a quick google search, there seems to be a lot of fraud in this sector of the economy.

Attached is one of the documents that they gave him. No prospectus. You have to set up your own LLC. The monies that you give to them are to set up your storefront where they share the profit with you. Supposedly they do everything on the shipping aspect.

Smells like a fraud to me... Anyone have experience in this?

I'm Helping someone out with this as well. They are going through a company called E-commerce Future USA. It's more legit but the economic terms are dicey.
