Are you planning to do it yourself or do you look for someone who can do it for you?

I think it depends on who created the site.
If you did it by yourself, you ca try doing this work. I created a siet with one of the web builders https://www.webbuildersguide.com/best-website-builder/ and just followed the tutorials and guides when needed to change anything.
But if someone else created your site, then yes, it is better to look for professionals help.
