How long do you want to ignore this user?
Are you under 30?
Are you in peak physical condition?
No diseases or disorders?

You can make a $500 selling stool samples. Seriously. This company runs a stool sample bank for medical research. Apparently it's insanely hard to qualify for but if you do, they will pay $500 per sample with a max of $180K a year.

Just work harder at your current job
This idea does not work well in current times. Example:

Year 2022 - work 45 hours per week. Get no raise.

Year 2023 - work 60 hours per week. Get no raise. Two of your Five Teammates RIFd.

Year 2024 - work 69 hours per week. Get 3% raise. Two new employees hired at a 1.1x rate compared to you.

Year 2025 - work 70 hours per week. Get 2.1% raise. Mentor two new employees.

Year 2026 - work 80 hours per week. No raise and the two newest employees quit b/c of no raises.

Year 2027 - work 80 hours per week. Get divorced b/c your phone wont stop ringing. Get 1.69% raise.

Year 2028 - Get laid off b/c you cost too much and a trans-man was hired to replace you at 1.8x your previous pay.

I always used the "Salaries buy lunches. Commissions buy dinners and weekends." idea.

If you are not compensated for extra work. DO NOT DO IT!

2 years working 80 hours per week for standard salary? Doubtful. I don't think anyone would do that for 2 years without jumping ship unless they have really good pay or some equity in the business.
You have limitd experience. I see fools do it for years on end.

I saw it at my last company, so I left before I got trapped myself.
