If you have any % of minerals, definitely hold on to it. You need to do something on the land to continue the ag tax treatment. If you don't want to do it yourself, you could lease for hay/cattle or convert to wildlife management (which is less expensive and time-consuming). Depending on minerals, water, topography, heavily wooded/improved pasture, and most of all price, it may be tough to sell in this economy. I would hold it if you can.
