Looking to buy 2nd home somewhere warm like Costa Rica then use for retirement. Anyone living there that can give me advice on where to start looking? I love the beach but don't want full time home there. Need positives associated with bigger city like restaurants, major airport, hospital, shopping. Thanks for the advice.
