loose itinerary 4 days in/around London 2 in each of the others, couple single first timer guys, primary focus will be partying/nightlife but also looking for daytime tourism activities, not interested in brothels

I agree with this statement 100%. Van Gogh museum is cool in Amst. Viking ship museum/burial is cool in Oslo. The red light district in Amsterdam is great for people watching!

Do yourself a favor and stay longer than two
Days at each of your stops.

Bump for suggestions in London, also open to checking out areas relatively nearby for a day or so if worthwhile

For London, see the London Tower, Big Bend, the National Museum. Near London a Stonehenge tour is interesting. Madame Tussauds was good but expensive.
