I'm in Oregon and I'm putting my smoker up for sale, but the only think most people in Oregon smoke is pot, so I thought I'd see if any fellow Texans might want one. It's large and good for catering large groups of people. It's capable of producing some of the best brisket, tri-tip and pork shoulders in the state.
