I'm in Oregon and I'm putting my smoker up for sale, but the only think most people in Oregon smoke is pot, so I thought I'd see if any fellow Texans might want one. It's large and good for catering large groups of people. It's capable of producing some of the best brisket, tri-tip and pork shoulders in the state. I also have lots of oak, apple, apricot and cherry wood. If anyone reading this is interested, message me and I'll get you all the information you need.

It's a commercial refrigerator with a wood stove attached. All aluminum and stainless construction with four inch thick walls. It does a great job smoking briskets and pork shoulders. I did some catering a while back and it's prefect for that type of operation. It comes with at least 1.5 cords of apple, oak and cherry.
