I will be out there for work this coming week and am trying to get a feel for what the air quality is like. I have found the rating online, but I don't know exactly how those numbers apply. I run in the mornings and am just assuming that I will not be running outside next week. I have about a half mile walk one way from the hotel to the office each day and am not sure if I need to make plans to uber rather than walk. I am in the middle of marathon training and running a half in 15 days, so I have to be mindful of not getting sick or setting that back. Any help or guidance from someone on the ground there will be greatly appreciated.
