Red Iguana, absolutely. Mole is the specialty there (multiple different kinds: negro, poblano, amarillo, pipian, verde). The making of their mole negro was featured on Diners, Drive-ins, & Dives a couple of years ago.

Red iguana is your best shot. Although, for all its hype around here I have to say I was underwhelmed.
