I just accepted a position in Memphis and the wife and I are looking to move in the next few weeks. Anyone live in the area or from that area that know of some good places to live? Or which places to avoid?

I moved here from TX in 2008. There are a few Ags around here.

Pretty much the only decent area is Collierville. Germantown is nice, but not very affordable and the majority of the houses in that area are 20+ years old.
