This idea was started in another thread, so let's do this. Say a few things about your property, and post some form of contact info (either though your profile, an email address, airbnb link, etc.). It's up to you whether you want to retain any anonymity.

This is NOT for real estate pros to list all their properties. Think of it like the Ticket Exchange board.

Feel free to bump the thread at any time, but try not to make multiple posts about your own property. Just edit your original post instead, if possible.

I suggest that after some period of time (like 3 - 6 months?), we just start a new thread.

Staff, please let me know if there are any problems with this idea or its execution.

Here's mine:

Seahorse Ranch is a 1650 ft^2 home in Crystal Beach (Bolivar), TX.
- 3 BR, 2BA, plus downstairs shower, large concrete area under the house, big open yard, and Gulf view from deck
- Beach access on S. Cove Dr., 150 yards from beach entrance, 1 mile east of The Big Store, Barrel 100
- Beds are king, queen, full, full futon, and 4 bunks.
- Wifi, roku t.v., fully stocked kitchen, small fire pit, charcoal grill, all linens provided
- Books direct to texags people, but pictures and reviews at airbnb link (see below)
