This week, my question is about Turo. I have used Turo many times in the states, but, does anyone have experience with it in England? Specifically Edinburgh.

Turo, no.
But I have rented a car from sixt in Edinburgh and drove the highlands.

I wouldn't drive in Edinburgh unless it's to drop the car off. Just walk or take the bus.

3 days in Edinburgh then 7 days in the highlands

Rent the car for the highlands.
Don't drive in Edinburgh (is my recommendation).
