Bouchon for sure. I went to Delmonico's and was very underwhelmed, but I've heard tons of great things about it so it may just not have been a good night.

Guy Savoy
Robuchon

Herbs & Rye is off the strip and not much to look at from outside, but we really enjoy the bar. Really good cocktails. We haven't eaten there, but may next time. We also really like Bizarre Meats and brunch at the Wynn.

I've eaten at Delmonicos many times and it's always really good, but I've never felt it was spectacular.

I'd suggest checking out the buffet at Caesar's. Probably $100 a pop, but it might actually be worth that!

Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab always gets great reviews.

Whatever you decide on, make reservations well in advance…even for the buffet.

I agree to all of the above. If you want a great meal and fun atmosphere, I recommend STK. The food is great, they have a live DJ and the people watching is really good.

For cheap, you've got In N Out Burger near the strip.
The Gordon Ramsay BurGR at Planet Hollywood was great.

I was at Resorts World about 3 weeks ago and their Food Street was kind of neat. Especially if you want a variety of food and lots of Asian options.

They also have a bar where they give you a card and let you pour your own beer from probably 20 different taps. It was a neat, gimmicky experience.

Husband's picks for guys weekend is Joe's.

We both like: Giada's in the Cromwell, anything in the Cosmopolitan especially Scarpettas. Hash House A Go Go.

Off the strip: Big Chicken, Blueberry Hill Diner

Hugo's Cellar in the Four Queens - we haven't been there in years but it's still open and has the old "Las Vegas " vibe

Joe's was great but not something I have to have again. SW was very, very good. Prime @ Bellagio was incredible and we'll be going back.

Mon Ami Gabi. At Paris directly on the strip. It's a French Steakhouse but the breakfast is fantastic. I go there every trip at least twice and eat at the bar.

Ask for a table on the patio and watch the world go by (you can wait at the patio bar). Bellagio is across the street so you have a perfect spot to see the fountain show. They usually have this Chicken Apple Brie Crepe… oh my.

You absolutely must have the fried chicken at Yardbird Southern Table and Bar in restaurant row between the Venetian and the Palazzo. Best I have ever had anywhere. I get the chicken and waffles and watermelon.

Second Mon Ami Gabi, especially patio seating on the strip. Otherwise Vegas has become a real foodie destination, so unlimited options. Yes, there are some that are over-rated, but you can't miss by much. Anything reputable will be good, will boil down to food type and atmosphere you're looking for (and $$$). Only one I was truly disappointed in was Giada's at the Cromwell. But I also subscribe to every place has their off night so that may have been the case for me as well.

My wife and I went to Hugo's on the first part of our Honeymoon in 1999. Went back four years ago and had the same Sommelier. Highly recommended. Then go to The D to gamble. Fun night downtown!

Also, no visit to Vegas is complete without a visit to Lotus of Siam.

Joe's.

Have been to Yardbird many times. It is good but really nothing special if you grew up with real southern fried chicken cooked in lard. Their biscuits are also good. Be forwarded, the prices are sky high for fried chicken.
