We're planning a three phase vacation to each of these locations at the end of June. We'll have about 3 days in each location. I appreciate any recommendations you have, but I'm mostly wondering how covid will impact our trip.

For example, I see travel advisories issued by the state of Washington to get tested on arrival and quarantine for 14 days. Is this mandatory or recommended? If mandatory, how is it enforced?

Also, are most attractions, parks, etc open now?

I appreciate any insight you have.

You will be fine in Glacier, but Glacier National Park is instituting an online reservation system (ticketed entry) for the Going-to-the-Sun Road corridor between the park's West and St. Mary Entrances from May 28 to September 6, 2021. Are you staying in the park?

Online Reservation System

Going to the Sun Road usually opens Mid June - Mid July depending on conditions. I recommend hiking the Highline trail (if it is open - Conditions). If not, you can hike up to Granite Park Chalet (it won't be open yet) via The Loop Trail. It's more vertical but shorter. From there, you can hike up to Grinnel Glacier.

Hike to Avalanche Lake, obviously go check out lake McDonald. So many hikes to choose from. Two Medicine is incredible.

I would recommend going through the North Fork and checking out Polebridge, Mt, and the Mercantile. From there, you can keep going up and enter the park to Bowman Lake.
