I'd also recommend www.cruisecompete.com

Create an acct on that site, then click on Get Quotes.
Many different travel agencies review and then send you their best offer.
I don't think it's a "busy" with travel agents as it used to be 10 years ago, but still there is activity and good rates.

I would be happy to quote your cruise for you. I am a travel agent who books lots of cruises. My emails is in my profile.

Honestly - you will probably get the best deal at something like vacationstogo, but won't get personalized service if that is something you need.
