Looking for recommendations. Ski-in/Ski-out or close proximity to town. Quick 4-5 day trip in early March to take with wifey skiing

Also stayed at the Hilton. Tons of good places there but that fits what you are looking for.

The 4seasons was baller. As one might expect.

I wouldnt worry too much about ski in / ski out because any of the hotels are extremely close to the lifts.

Your preference for villages should be Whistler (Main Village) - Blackcomb (Upper Village) - Whistler Creekside, in that order. Whistler and Blackcomb villages are within short walking distance or free short busrides. Main village has the majority of night life and apres ski spots.

In addition to the hotel recs here, check the privately owned stuff. I have been to Whistler many times, and always used vrbo or airbnb.

I recommend Village North. You can get a townhouse there for the same price as the hotel room you will get in Whistler Village or Upper Village. I would avoid Whistler Creekside as most all shops/restaurants there shutdown early. The fun thing about Whistler is having all the restaurants and bars to hand out in at night.
