In Denali, Anchorage, and Seward?

I'm seeing an average of 19ish hours of 'sunlight,' but what exactly does that look like? Dusky/dawny nights? If I went out at night, would I need a flashlight?

You won't need a flashlight. I was up there last summer in June in all those places. It gets darker in those places, particularly Anchorage and Seward than where I was part of the time in Fairbanks, but I never needed a light. Also, I never saw the sun set the entire time I was there. Unless you are out at like 3AM, then you might want a light!

The darkest I remember it getting would be similar to dusk or early morning.

What matt said... it really never gets dark as you are use to during this time of year. It gets dusk'ish around 0100 this time of year. I go up there about twice a month for work.
