Amusingly both he and Myles Straw have a .8 bWAR this season.

All of Myles' WAR is from dWAR coming in largely as a defensive replacement (121 ABs, .264 avg., .632 OPS).

Diaz has been hugely disappointing as a starter this year (259 ABs, .239 avg., .658 OPS), and is 2nd in allowed stolen bases with 49. Those stats are all before tonight.

Diaz is more valuable given past performance, but Myles is having the better season considering their roles.

Dana needs to be thinking legit bat at the deadline, yes Yordan eventual return will help but Walker and Diaz struggles are real.

Return of McCullerd and Spaghetti soon and then perhaps Javier will end need for Walter, Gordon, and Gusto.

Whatever trade capital should be directed to the offense. Ideally a left handed outfielder type.

Need to move our HoF 2nd baseman back to playing 2nd base permanently.
