Aaron Judge actually raised his post-season batting average a little by batting .222 in the World Series.

Through 58 post-season games, he is now batting .205. He does have 16 HR and 34 RBI, but his numbers otherwise compared to the regular season are:


BA: .205 vs ..288
OBP: .318 vs. .406
SLG: .450 vs. .604
OPS: .768 vs. 1.010

If Steinbrenner was still alive, he would likely have replaced Dave Winfield with Judge as the new "Mr. May".

TJ for Bregman?

If he needed TJ then I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have been able to throw at all after he sat down for the elbow issues for a few days.

My understanding is that it is bone spurs/chips, not tendon/ligament issues. But I think this is the second time he has limped to the end of a season having the same issues that required off-season surgery. The more times they have to go in and clean it out, the more likely he is to accumulate scar tissue and I would assume more likely to have the issue re-occur more frequently.

Yeah, but they would have gotten out of the whole jam if Cole wasn't such an idiot. How do you not cover first there? Its ingrained in a pitcher starting as a kid.
