TOFA to make up for that last pic
Old guy on the bottom right. In his dreams, haha.
Seattle only signs current players to big money deals (J-Rod, Castillo). They don't go out and get big free agents. They're looking to cut payroll after this season, so I can't see Alex ending up in Seattle.cc10106 said:
Random thought: is it worth keeping Alex in an Astros uniform just to prevent him from possibly ending up in Seattle next year?
We're not supposed to discuss the rangerettes.EaDoAg said:Ciboag96 said:

I see him in Boston...he'll have to stop selling salsa and switch to clam chowdah.EastCoastAgNc said:Seattle only signs current players to big money deals (J-Rod, Castillo). of course he is, but it made me laugh. Wasn't there some story about how Maldy tried to haze the **** out of someone last year or the year before, and the player wasn't a fan?wessimo said:

Quote:
Breggy's Boston Baked Beans
the oilers were beloved in Houston and packed the Astrodome. The As averaged 11,000 fans per game this year which is last place in MLB by far. Even the CWS averaged 6k more fans a game and they lost 120+ games. The Oakland fans quit on their team and are showing love now because it's over.Prosperdick said:I feel for their fans...kinda reminds me of when Bud Adams moved the Oilers to Tennessee. All I do is Nguyen said:

Fair point, I said "reminded me" of that situation. However, I bet if Bud let the team go like the A's they wouldn't pack the Dome every Sunday. We certainly weren't packing the Juice Box when the team was tanking.JohnnyTexAg1995 said:the oilers were beloved in Houston and packed the Astrodome.
