Castillo, Gilbert, Kirby, and Miller combined to start 126 games

they had their studs all year

ERAs ranged from 2.94 to 3.64

going back to Marwin's 2017 season...

he did have a higher batting average on the road ---> .326

then he did at MMP ---> .282

but he slugged higher at MMP: .543 to .516

maybe that's where the trash can helped

Maybe even next to the bench coach that was fired before Servais, and Dipoto may be joining them soon as well.

The schadenfreude of the Astros effectively ending their last 3 seasons is nice, but I will give the Angels credit for handling biz against them this season while we often struggled to do the same.

Anything else that you'd like to add about this season and the Astros, Cal?

Twins vs. Marlins tonight then vs. Orioles (3)

Royals - tough matchup against a Braves team still fighting for a wild card spot just one game back
Tigers - LOL
Twins - beat the Marlins tonight, and hope the Yankees beat the Orioles so they have nothing to play for. Yankees have the Pirates next so it might not matter anyway.
