This team can't even stay focused in the field or at the plate from series to series and they're supposed to win three of them to make another WS. Depending on some of the streakiest stars around to carry a pretty bad supporting cast.

If the official scorer wasn't such a Reds homer- or hammered senseless- the Astros would have recorded more errors than runs this series.

Such a total face plant. Zero excuse for this halfhearted effort.
I love Texas Aggie sports, but I love Texas A&M more.

Got swept by both NL Central teams we faced on the road and finished 5-10 against our old division this year.

The good news(?) is 10 of our 22 remaining games are against the Angels and Athletics.

They did it last year in September too before flaming out at home in the ALCS. Guess they're just assuming the Mariners won't take the opportunity.

They did the same thing last season. Swept by the struggling Yanks, lost two series to the Royals and lost the series to the A's at home before the Seattle and DBacks series
