You would think that people on this thread wouldn't write off a team after a tough start to a season.
Well, the Astros track record the last 8 years is a heck of a lot better than the Ags.

Yeah if we are comparing the Astros and Aggies … one has proven it and the other doesn't even know what "it" is
Good morning to everyone but Kansas City, #Royals fans & anyone who still hates the Kikuchi deal. This entire rotation just had its way with the month of August & didn’t even have the courtesy to take her to dinner first. Good luck with this team when it gets healthy. #Relentless pic.twitter.com/pqw2EEOcJr

"Say goodnight to the Mariners!" Just wish Servias was still coaching so we could see his dejected look.Rustys-Beef-o-Reeno said:

What's funny about all these posts is that most posters still wrote off the Astros this year.
Having watched the Aggies since the days of Tom Wilson and been personally tied to them since Jackie Sherrill was here, I can say that that the Aggie football is like Rangers baseball. Infrequent success, like one year in 5 or 6. But once they have that really good year (not great but good) they follow it up with 5-6 years of absolute mediocrity. Then they change coaches and start all over again.htxag09 said:
I'm not blaming anyone for writing off the Astros or the ags.
I just find it funny that people defending writing off the ags as being different because they haven't had recent success act like that would matter at all. As proven by the Astros season and fans' reactions, it doesn't.
Forrest Whitley and César Salazar are the Astros’ September call-ups.

I like the Salazar call up a lot. Now Joe can do what he's been doing with Diaz and Caratini but he doesn't have to get creative at the end with who PHs when.

Odds that Breggy plays tomorrow or retroactive IL stint and get someone up from AAA?
