I love our approach. Load the bases once or twice a game when Pena/Meyers are up and hope there's less than 2 outs so they can beat out the double play and a run scores

He was missing everywhere in the first three innings. Couldn't land the slider and Wong's glove was moving a ton to catch pitches in the zone. We just made it easy on him, of course.

It's a deceiving stat. If you're leaving a lot of guys on base, it means you're getting a lot of guys on base, which means your team is pretty good.

The 10 teams with the least guys left on base are pretty much the 10 worst teams in the league.
