In July so far they've won two series against the Angels, Phillies and were competitive against Boston and Baltimore. They've obviously figured something out that wasn't clicking before. Which kind of aligns with them releasing Diaz.
The pitching is not ideal, I mean 2 rookie pitchers what do we expect from them. It's the offense that does not help them whatsoever. They probably feel like they have to be perfect or something.
