Y'all are wild! As a former pitcher, you aren't going to be sharp 100% of the time. Yes, it sucks as a fan, but these players aren't robots. You don't perform flawlessly at your job each and every day and you're not under near the pressure to perform.
Pressly had to have a confidence hit with the demotion, after he has performed so well. Baseball is a mental game.
This team has bigger issues than Pressly, Hader, Bregman, etc. It starts with Crane, Brown and Espada -- those guys are losers -- and exude zero confidence.
